Long Term Income Funds - LTI Funds

Innisfree manages four LTI funds.

LTI Funds are long term holders of investments in public private infrastructure projects. Returns to investors are principally by way of cash generated by the projects during their concession lives which are 25 years or more. Investors can exit from LTI funds through a disposal of their interests in the LTI Fund.

Fund Assets are acquired at different stages of the project development; from the earliest stage when construction begins, to the later stages when the projects are fully operational and income producing. LTI funds do not take bidding risk.

Innisfree LTI Funds are:

  • £225m 2004 Fund - IMPPP. This is a joint venture with M&G Investment Management Limited. All investments are now fully operational and income producing.
  • £350m 2006 Fund - F2c. All investments are now fully operational and income producing.
  • £600m 2008 Fund - ISF, which is closed for new investments.
  • £500m 2011 Fund - ISF2. Target closing date for new commitments: September 2012. Commitments of £354m completed February 2012. The fund has committed to £258m of investments of which 74% are incoming producing.
