Innisfree manages four long term income (LTI) funds.

LTI Funds are long term holders of investments in public private infrastructure projects. Returns to investors are principally by way of cash generated by the projects during their concession lives which are 25 years or more. Investors can exit from LTI funds through a disposal of their interests in the LTI Fund.

Fund assets were acquired at different stages of the project development; from the earliest stage when construction begins to the later stages when the project is fully operational and income producing. LTI funds do not take bidding risk.

Innisfree has current investor commitments totalling over £1.7bn to its 4 LTI funds.
